Due to the 6.8 Magnitude earthquake in Myanmar last week, a pagoda on the Wat Phra That Chedi Luang temple in the Golden Triangle region of Northern Thailand became damaged. The pagoda spire toppled over and there were some small cracks and other structural damage. A restoration team is on-hand to assess the damage and to plan for the temple’s repair.
